The Firm Was Founded in 1979 by Respected Legal Author, George Warshaw.
We represent buyers and sellers of residential real estate; provide closing and escrow services for banks and financial institutions; advise individuals and families in the related area of estate planning -- wills, trusts, estate plans, guardianships for children, trusts for pets; and provide strategic services for entrepreneurs -- sole proprietorships, limited liability companies and corporations -- whether growing new companies or preparing exit strategies.
We represent an eclectic international clientele actively purchasing both residential and commercial property in the U.S. Members of our firm are proficient in Spanish and Italian.
