George Warshaw is the founder of the law firm and principal attorney. Aside from being a practicing attorney, he is an author and lecturer in the areas of real estate. He is a national title agent. This enables the law firm to conduct real estate transactions in Rhode Island, Maine, New Hampshire and Vermont. He has a diverse background in many areas of real estate law. His substantial training in estate planning and experience with trusts, limited liability companies and corporations enables him to bring a unique blend of talent and insight to any situation or solve any planning problem.
George founded the law firm in 1979. He is the author of a legal text on Massachusetts Landlord-Tenant Law (Lexis Law Publishing, now in its 2nd edition). He has appeared as a guest on local television shows and has been the subject of a feature article in the Boston Herald. He presently teaches an adult education course on condominium conversion and is a frequent lecturer in the area of real estate for other attorneys. |
