Over the years we have conducted THOUSANDS of purchase and refinance closings.
We provide complete title and escrow services throughout Massachusetts (including Martha’s Vineyard, Nantucket and Cape Cod) and in the contiguous New England States of New Hampshire, Rhode Island and Maine. We conduct title examinations, issue title insurance (as an agent for national insurers), and serve as settlement agent as part of our escrow services.
Our transactions are handled by experienced real estate professionals who deal with lenders and clients in a competent, congenial manner and respect all deadlines.
Title Examination - We preform speedy, thorough and competent title searches and examinations, identify potential issues and concerns, and help to resolve problems.
Escrow & Settlement Services - We provide complete settlement and escrow services. We prepare loan documentation, payoff existing liens and loans, and promptly disburse all funds. We guarantee the safety of all escrow funds. Our escrow funds are kept in FDIC insured accounts, audited monthly, and subject to regulatory requirements and yearly title insurance review and audit.
Closing Services - All closings are conducted by licensed attorneys. We close at our offices or at other locations as specified by the client and the circumstances of the particular transaction.
Title Insurance - We are agents for several national carriers and write title policies promptly for each transaction.
