    George Warshaw - Founder

    George founded the firm that bears his name in 1979. He practices in the areas of real estate law,  condominium law, wills & trusts, estate planning, legal planning for small business, and personal planning for individuals and families among a few select other areas. He is the author of a legal text, Massachusetts Landlord-Tenant Law, used by lawyers throughout Massachusetts.  George is a member of the Boston Bar Association and Real Estate Bar Association. He has been the subject of a feature article in the Boston Herald and has been a guest on television and radio shows. He presently writes a regular column on real estate for the Metro Newspaper where he discusses real estate, personal planning and estate planning for pets (his personal obsession). He is an avid tennis player, a member of the Longwood Cricket Club and the University Club of Boston, and proud companion of Bruiser, a sweet rescue dog from Mississippi.

    Noel M. Di Carlo has been with George Warshaw and Associates, P.C. since 2005.  She is a 2003 graduate of Wellesley College and a 2007 graduate of Suffolk University Law School where she graduated Cum Laude. Noel is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and concentrates her practice on real estate including condominium conversions, representing developers, investors, buyers, sellers and lenders in all real estate matters. She is a member of the Boston Bar Association, the Real Estate Bar Association, the Justinian Society and a Board Member of the Pirandello Lyceum.  Noel is an avid traveler and is fluent in both Italian and Spanish. Noel is shown here with Mia, a six month old Beagle named after the famous soccer star, Mia Hamm.

    Nicole Woodworth has been with George Warshaw and Associates, P.C since early 2010.  She is a 2011 graduate of Suffolk University Law School; and completed her undergraduate work in 2006 at Boston University with a double major in English and Political Science. Nicole is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and concentrates on real estate law, with a focus on conveyancing, as well as estate planning and entity formation.  Nicole is a member of the Real Estate Bar Association, with a particular interest in the Condominium Law & Practice Committee.  After co-founding the Suffolk Real Estate Law Association, Nicole served as a student mentor during her time at Suffolk.  She continues working with students to assist those with an interest in real estate law and its many facets.  Nicole loves sports of all kinds and is an avid competitor in local triathlons, completing her third this past summer in Boston.

    Stephanie is responsible for client and corporate communications and the day-to-day operations of the firm.  She earned a Bachelor in Fine Arts degree from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas and a Master of Business Administration from Babson College, Wellesley, Massachusetts.  She was formerly Vice President of Investor Relations for a local bank, and a consultant in communications for several financial institutions and private and public corporations, including the New York Stock Exchange.   She has won several national awards for excellence in communications.  Stephanie is pictured here with ‘Rufus – the Boston Moosic Cow’ – a prize possession of the firm which was acquired at a Jimmy Fund Charity Auction in 2007.

    Cheryl is an experienced real estate professional.  She is a Massachusetts licensed real estate broker; holds a Paralegal Certificate from Northeastern University; and a Certification in Residential Property Management from Curry College. With her charm, grace and cheery demeanor, Cheryl is responsible for client services; assists in daily operations and also in marketing and corporate communications; and to the extent it is possible, helps keep others in the firm sane. Cheryl is currently pursuing a bachelors in Business Management through Curry College, and together with her husband, raising two sons, Alex and Zach.

  • Margaret Hoyt-Rupert

    Margaret Hoyt-Rupert is a candidate for Juris Doctorate at Suffolk University Law School, with an anticipated graduation date of May 2012.  Maggie is a 2005 graduate of Bryn Mawr College in Pennsylvania where she majored in Linguistics and German Studies.  Although her primary focus is real estate conveyancing, Maggie has additional interests in litigation, estate planning, and landlord/tenant law.  Maggie is an outdoor enthusiast who recently summited Mount Washington.  In addition to hiking and running with her puppy, Tenley, Maggie is a trained vocalist and enjoys 
    contemporary art.
